Enough for 2-3 baths. Use 1/3 - 1/2 jar. Use with mesh bag included. 

Sea Salt Blend,  Goats Milk, Cow Milk, Coconut Milk Powders. Basil, Pine, Clary Sage, Eucalyptus. Plus other essential oils and herbs.
